First day out and a 800lb Blue Marlin caught

On Tuesday a private charter on their first day out picked up three Dorado around lunchtime and followed this with an impressive blue marlin estimated at 750lb which took the bait at around 4.40 pm. It was a tough fish for the experienced angler but after one hour the marlin relinquished and was safely released in good condition swimming away strongly from the boat.
