Crew's day out results in a magnificent 900lb Blue Marlin

Today on a crew's day
out Tiffany, Jake's partner, hooked up her first ever
blue marlin at 10.30 in the morning and wait for it
guys . . . . . the weight was put at a conservative
900lbs !!!!! After one hour and six minutes, and
following a lot of encouragement from both Jake and
Nick. Tiffany finally got to pop her head over the
side to take a look at the monster she had just
caught. The fish was released in good condition.

First day out and a 800lb Blue Marlin caught

On Tuesday a private charter on their first day out picked up three Dorado around lunchtime and followed this with an impressive blue marlin estimated at 750lb which took the bait at around 4.40 pm.

600lb Blue Marlin

A private charter on their first of two days big game fishing pulled the hooks on a 600lb Blue Marlin as it leapt frantically clear of the water many times. Better luck tomorrow guys!

A private charter group on their last of four days with Balancal had high hopes on what was a really nice day 'weatherwise'. Shortly before 12 noon Captain Anibal shouted the welcomed 'FISH!' as an estimated 800lb Marlin attacked the short right bait aggressively.
